Although IrishClassifieds.ie will make every effort to ensure that there is no content on our website (IrishClassifieds.ie) that is illegal or in any way offensive to anyone, individuals are responsible for their own submissions.

IrishClassifieds.ie reserves the right to publish, refuse or terminate any submission to our website (IrishClassifieds.ie) for any or no reason.

Irish Classifieds does not support or endorse any opinion or product, logo or other item displayed by anyone on IrishClassifieds.ie.

IrishClassifieds.ie does not charge for the first 30 days. Thereafter, there is a small charge to feature your advertisement or extend the length of time your advertisement is displayed on our website. This may change without notice.

IrishClassifieds.ie recommends that visitors to our website (IrishClassifieds.ie) take advice from a qualified, competent professional before acting on any advice given on this website (IrishClassifieds.ie ) or taking any action as a result of a visit to IrishClassifieds.ie, which might result in any loss to them or anyone else.

Using IrishClassifieds.ie indicates that you indemnify its owners and operators and staff and anyone associated with the website and company from liability for loss incurred due to any action or inaction related to Irish Classifieds.

The price of the item you are selling may reduce after you posted it. i.e. you may sell it for less than advertised. However, it may not be sold for more. If you have two takers for your product, and they attempt to outbid each ether for the item, then it is all but unavoidable that the price will increase. This is acceptable. But, it is not acceptable to advertise the item at a low price and then tell the prospective buyer that the price went up or that it was a mistake.

Submitting images

All images submitted to IrishClassifieds.ie must be the property of the person submitting them. If they are not then the person submitting them must be doing so for, or at least have the permission of, the owner of the images.
We do not accept images that are defamatory or illegal or are depicting cruelty, violence, nudity or any other images which are commonly regarded as unacceptable. Nor do we accept images which are likely to cause embarrassment or discomfort to any third party.
